Meta Ads management

Performance-led Meta advertising, built around your business goals.

Is this a fit?

For UK businesses that have a clear offer and want someone to plan, run and improve Meta campaigns. It suits both enquiry-led businesses and online retailers that can follow up demand and supply approved creative.

See the e-commerce campaign case study for a particular campaign’s results and measurement context.

Campaigns built around your goals

Whether you want to build awareness, start conversations, generate leads or increase sales, we agree the goal first and structure the campaign around it. Facebook and Instagram are at the centre of our work, with Threads, Messenger, WhatsApp and Audience Network considered where they fit the campaign and are available.

What we manage

Audiences: build and refine the audiences most relevant to your offer.

Data and tracking: check the events and data sources used to measure results.

Budget: allocate spend against the agreed goals and review what deserves more or less investment.

Creative: test images, video, hooks, headings and copy to find the strongest ideas.

From strategy to ongoing optimisation

We review your current account, website and offer, then plan the campaign mix, build the campaigns and keep testing. Awareness, traffic, engagement, lead-generation and sales campaigns each have a role when they serve your objective.

Reporting that suits your business

Your report focuses on the measures we agree together. That might be reach and engagement, qualified enquiries, bookings, purchases, acquisition cost or return on ad spend. We explain what changed and what we will do next.

Getting started

Send us your website, goals and current advertising setup. We set out the work, reporting, fees and responsibilities in your proposal. Advertising spend is separate from our service fee.

Example deliverables

The written proposal confirms the items and quantities for your engagement. Depending on the agreed scope, these can include:

  • An account and customer-journey review with prioritised setup actions.
  • A campaign plan covering goals, audiences, budget allocation and creative tests.
  • Agreed campaign builds, ongoing changes and a monthly report explaining results and next actions.

Onboarding and access

Bring your website, target market and current advertising setup, and identify who will follow up enquiries. We first agree the offer, budget, outcome and who approves ads. Setup may need permission to your Meta business portfolio, ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account and agreed data sources, plus website or catalogue access where relevant. We check the destination and measurement before launch.

Do not send passwords, payment details or customer records through the public enquiry form. We arrange access through suitable account permissions.

Scope, fees and next steps

The number of markets, products, campaigns and creative assets, the condition of tracking and any landing-page work affect the scope. Creative production and website changes are included only when named in the proposal.

Our written proposal sets out deliverables, responsibilities, fees, any onboarding charge, revisions and the timetable before paid work starts. Third-party costs and extra work need written agreement. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement. Advertising spend is separate from our service fee and is normally paid by you directly to Meta. We agree a budget for your objectives; there is no universal minimum ad spend. Unless your proposal says otherwise, ongoing Meta management is rolling monthly, with no fixed minimum term, at least fourteen days’ written notice and monthly reporting.

We aim to reply to enquiries within two working days. We review the brief, clarify fit and agree the next step; this is a reply aim, not a delivery deadline. Read the service terms for the engagement basis.

If you are comparing channel responsibilities, start with our paid-social scope.
