Website Development

Websites built around your business, your content and the actions customers need to take.

Is this a fit?

For businesses that need a new website or a planned rebuild with a clear page list and purpose. It suits a project where content, decisions and integrations can be agreed with a named business owner.

Our landing-page guide explains the offer, navigation and action checks that also inform a website build; it is guidance, not a claimed website result.

Build a website with a clear job

We plan and develop websites that explain your offer, organise the information customers need and make contact, booking or buying straightforward.

Structure before build

We agree the page list, content, functionality and design direction before development. The website should work well on phones and on desktop, with clear navigation and usable forms.

Connect the right tools

Where your project needs forms, bookings, analytics or other integrations, we identify the requirements and build responsibilities in the proposal.

A clear handover

The scope covers content responsibilities, review stages, testing and launch arrangements. Ongoing updates and maintenance can be agreed separately.

Getting started

Share your current website or project idea, the pages you need and any required functionality. We will set out a practical plan for the build.

Example deliverables

The written proposal confirms the items and quantities for your engagement. Depending on the agreed scope, these can include:

  • An agreed site structure, requirements and content responsibility list.
  • Design and development of the named pages, features and integrations.
  • Scoped mobile and desktop journey checks, launch arrangements and a practical handover.

Onboarding and access

We review your current site or brief, agree the structure and design direction, then build and review the work in stages. Access may include the existing CMS, repository, hosting and domain settings; changes are made only as part of the agreed launch plan. Arrange permissions rather than sending passwords.

Do not send passwords, payment details or customer records through the public enquiry form. We arrange access through suitable account permissions.

Scope, fees and next steps

Page counts, content readiness, custom features, data migration, integrations and review rounds affect cost and timing. Hosting, licences, maintenance and third-party costs must be identified in the proposal.

Our written proposal sets out deliverables, responsibilities, fees, any onboarding charge, revisions and the timetable before paid work starts. Third-party costs and extra work need written agreement. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement. Fixed projects follow the milestones and cancellation terms in their proposal; any ongoing work has its own agreed scope and schedule.

We aim to reply to enquiries within two working days. We review the brief, clarify fit and agree the next step; this is a reply aim, not a delivery deadline. Read the service terms for the engagement basis.
