Creative Strategy

Ad concepts, copy and creative testing that give your campaigns a clearer direction.

Is this a fit?

For businesses with a defined offer that need clearer advertising ideas or a structured next round of creative tests. It suits an existing team or supplier that needs direction as well as a project that includes agreed production.

Read our creative-testing guide for the approach, and the creative-fatigue guide for deciding what to retain or replace.

Give each creative a reason to exist

Strong creative starts with your offer and the people you want to reach. We turn customer questions, objections and use cases into ad concepts, then develop the hooks, copy and creative direction to express them.

What we work on

We plan ideas for static images, video and creator-style content, including headings, messages and calls to action. We shape each asset for its intended placement and keep the offer clear on a phone.

Test ideas, then develop the strongest

We agree what each test should answer and compare creative against your campaign goal. That may mean attention and engagement, relevant enquiries or purchases. Learning from the results informs the next set of assets.

What you receive

Your proposal sets out the concepts, copy, asset formats, testing plan and review process. It also identifies who produces each asset and the agreed quantities and revisions.

Useful starting material

Share your brand guidance, existing ads, approved images or video, and the questions customers ask. Creative production and wider content work can be scoped alongside strategy or as a separate project.

Example deliverables

The written proposal confirms the items and quantities for your engagement. Depending on the agreed scope, these can include:

  • A creative brief covering the audience, offer, questions and concepts to test.
  • Agreed hooks, copy and format direction, with a production responsibility list.
  • A testing and review plan that records the question, measure and next decision.

Onboarding and access

Bring brand guidance, approved claims and assets, existing ads and useful customer questions. We review the brief, develop the agreed concepts, take your feedback and prepare the final direction. Ad-account access is needed only if reviewing live campaign evidence is part of the scope.

Do not send passwords, payment details or customer records through the public enquiry form. We arrange access through suitable account permissions.

Scope, fees and next steps

Concept and asset quantities, research, production, formats and revision rounds affect the fee and timetable. Campaign management and asset production are separate unless expressly included.

Our written proposal sets out deliverables, responsibilities, fees, any onboarding charge, revisions and the timetable before paid work starts. Third-party costs and extra work need written agreement. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement. Fixed projects follow the milestones and cancellation terms in their proposal; any ongoing work has its own agreed scope and schedule.

We aim to reply to enquiries within two working days. We review the brief, clarify fit and agree the next step; this is a reply aim, not a delivery deadline. Read the service terms for the engagement basis.
