Tracking & Analytics

Conversion tracking and clear reporting for the goals that matter to your business.

Is this a fit?

For businesses whose marketing reports are unclear or whose enquiry or purchase events need checking. It suits a defined measurement project with an owner who can explain the business totals and website consent setup.

Our attribution guide explains why platform and website reports can differ and how we compare their definitions.

Know what your campaigns are producing

We connect your marketing goals to clear events and reports, so you can see what is happening and decide what to do next.

Check and connect your data sources

Depending on your setup, the work can include Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. We check the event journey, diagnose missing or duplicated results and confirm what each report counts.

Build the report around your goals

A lead-generation business may need enquiries, qualified conversations, bookings and cost per customer. An online retailer may need purchases, purchase value and ROAS. An awareness campaign needs its own reach and engagement measures. We agree the useful definitions with you.

Make the figures easier to compare

We compare like-for-like dates, events and attribution settings, and review the reports alongside your own business totals. Clear explanations replace a collection of unexplained dashboards.

What you receive

Your proposal covers the integrations, event checks, reporting format and handover. Access is arranged through account permissions, and the setup respects your website’s consent requirements.

Example deliverables

The written proposal confirms the items and quantities for your engagement. Depending on the agreed scope, these can include:

  • An event and data-source inventory with a prioritised findings list.
  • The agreed tag, event or integration work and checks for missing or duplicate results.
  • A reporting definition, test record and handover explaining what the figures count and their limits.

Onboarding and access

We agree the outcome and inspect the relevant journey with test details. Access may include Meta Events Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, the website or server integration and consent configuration. We arrange suitable permissions, agree changes, test the scoped events and explain any remaining gaps.

Do not send passwords, payment details or customer records through the public enquiry form. We arrange access through suitable account permissions.

Scope, fees and next steps

The number of sites and events, integration type, existing data quality and consent requirements affect scope. Server-side tracking, dashboards and ongoing reporting are included only if named; tracking cannot observe every customer interaction.

Our written proposal sets out deliverables, responsibilities, fees, any onboarding charge, revisions and the timetable before paid work starts. Third-party costs and extra work need written agreement. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement. Fixed projects follow the milestones and cancellation terms in their proposal; any ongoing work has its own agreed scope and schedule.

We aim to reply to enquiries within two working days. We review the brief, clarify fit and agree the next step; this is a reply aim, not a delivery deadline. Read the service terms for the engagement basis.
