Creative built for the way people use Instagram
We develop messages and creative that make your offer recognisable quickly, with a clear reason to engage, visit, enquire or buy.
Campaigns from strategy to optimisation
We plan the audience approach, campaign goal, creative and budget, then build and manage the campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
Test images, video and copy
We compare concepts, hooks, headings and calls to action. Creative direction considers the chosen formats and placements, including feed, Stories and Reels where suitable. The proposal sets out production responsibilities, quantities and revisions.
Connect attention to results
We review the destination and tracking alongside campaign performance. Your goals determine the measures: reach and engagement, useful conversations, qualified enquiries or purchases.
Work across Meta when it helps
Instagram can form part of a wider Meta campaign alongside Facebook and other suitable placements or messaging destinations. We agree the mix around your offer and goals.
Getting started
Share your offer, website, approved creative and current advertising setup. We agree the campaign plan, reporting and fees in writing; advertising spend is separate.
Example deliverables
The written proposal confirms the items and quantities for your engagement. Depending on the agreed scope, these can include:
- A plan for the agreed feed, Stories or Reels placements and their campaign goal.
- A creative brief covering concepts, copy, formats and who supplies or produces each asset.
- Campaign build, agreed testing, ongoing optimisation and monthly reporting.
Onboarding and access
We start with your audience, offer, approved assets and current account. Access may include the Meta business portfolio, ad account, connected Instagram account, Facebook Page and measurement tools. We check permissions, destinations and approvals before launching.
Do not send passwords, payment details or customer records through the public enquiry form. We arrange access through suitable account permissions.
Scope, fees and next steps
New filming or design, the number of formats and revisions, campaign volume and destination changes affect scope. The proposal separates production work from management and advertising spend.
Our written proposal sets out deliverables, responsibilities, fees, any onboarding charge, revisions and the timetable before paid work starts. Third-party costs and extra work need written agreement. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement. Advertising spend is separate from our service fee and is normally paid by you directly to Meta. We agree a budget for your objectives; there is no universal minimum ad spend. Unless your proposal says otherwise, ongoing Meta management is rolling monthly, with no fixed minimum term, at least fourteen days’ written notice and monthly reporting.
We aim to reply to enquiries within two working days. We review the brief, clarify fit and agree the next step; this is a reply aim, not a delivery deadline. Read the service terms for the engagement basis.
