These terms form part of an accepted working agreement where DN Media Marketing Ltd processes personal data on the client’s behalf. The working agreement defines the services and scope.
Version: 28 October 2026.
Scope and instructions
The client determines the purposes of its client-service processing. DN processes personal data made available for the services on the client’s documented instructions, for the duration of the engagement and any agreed return, retention or legal requirement afterwards. The engagement’s actual scope determines the data and systems involved. Typical data can include business contacts, lead contact details, enquiries and related marketing records.
People, access and security
Access is limited to people who need it for the agreed work and who are subject to confidentiality obligations. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used for the processing, taking account of its risks. The client supplies suitable access and instructions and remains responsible for its lawful collection, notices and marketing permissions.
Providers and transfers
The actual platforms, hosting arrangements, providers and any sub-processors are agreed for the engagement. A new sub-processor requires the agreed written authorisation and appropriate contractual protection. Any international transfer requires an appropriate lawful arrangement; a platform account alone is not a substitute for those checks.
Assistance and incidents
DN will assist the client with applicable rights requests, security incidents and required assessments as appropriate to its processing, and notify the client without undue delay of a personal-data breach affecting data processed on its behalf. DN will make relevant compliance information available and cooperate with reasonable audit arrangements.
End of processing
At the end of the services, personal data is returned or deleted on the client’s instructions unless lawful retention is required. Retention is reviewed manually rather than through automatic age-based deletion. Expiry of an acceptance link does not delete contract documents or their evidence. DN’s public privacy notice separately explains processing it undertakes for its own purposes.
